		<description>Normally it doesn&#039;t take two months to add a team member. It can take as little as a week. It&#039;s more of when we need the actual help that determines how long it takes. Also what position they are on our list of potential members.</description>

		<description>Incidentally, the RSS stuff for the announcements forum is not a MOD. If you look at the link, it goes to somewhere other than the community board on the site. It goes to /feeds/, which means it is part of the site and not the board, which means no phpBB code has been modified. ^_^</description>
