Promote

phpBB Weekly is one of the few podcasts on the internet exclusively dedicated to the phpBB bulletin board software, and it enjoys a very loyal community of listeners who actively participate and listen to our episodes. We have been fortunate to be one of the first ones to truly provide comprehensive (and in some cases, exclusive) coverage of phpBB from a perspective whose roots lie within our community of listeners.

However, we would love to be able to reach out to even more members of the phpBB community and share with them a place to hear the kind of coverage, discussion, and debate that phpBB Weekly offers and allow them to chime in on the conversation as well. Thus, we have provided a couple of ways here for you to promote phpBB Weekly to your friends and visitors to your website, if you are interested.

Podcast Promo
Do you have a podcast or other media production that you would like to promote our show on? We have a thirty-second promo spot available that tells about our show and where listeners can find us. You can preview it below, and download the promo (588 KB). FYI: This promo is a bit outdated. A new version of the promo will be posted in January 2010.

Audio clip: Adobe Flash Player (version 9 or above) is required to play this audio clip. Download the latest version here. You also need to have JavaScript enabled in your browser.

Banners and Images
We have three sizes of phpBB Weekly banners available that you can use to promote phpBB Weekly. Please make these banners link back to our main website at http://www.phpbbweekly.net, not to our uStream listing, our old TalkShoe listin, or listings on other podcast directories.
Click on the banners to display them by themselves in your browser. In most cases, you should be able to download the banner by right-clicking on it and choosing “Download Linked File” or “Save Image” or something like that, along with a number of other options. Web browsers vary significantly in its image-saving procedures, so consult your browser’s documentation if you can’t figure it out.

Large Banner: 728 x 90 pixels, 28 KB, same size as the banner ads on the bottom of phpBB.com. (The preview below is resized to fit on this page; the actual image is larger.)
